Data Assistant for Digital Services job role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Data Assistant to join Digital Services team at our base in Colchester.

As a Data Assistant for Digital Services, you will take on crucial responsibilities; including creating and maintaining asset folders, uploading and encoding digital content, and conducting data entry and content audits along with being a key point of content and liaising with major household brands on a retail and brand level. You will be reporting into the Digital Services Lead as well as the Head of Digital Services who will provide the training and mentorship to progress the right candidate to the next levels.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing online retail networks and collaborating closely with the Production and Commercial departments to facilitate upcoming content distribution.

We are seeking a candidate with a high level of detail orientation and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.


  • High Attention to detail.
  • Data entry and Data management skills.
  • Proven experience with accurate record keeping, quality control.
  • Strong analysis and knowledge retention.
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Excellent IT Skills. Must be familiar with full Microsoft packages.
  • Fluency in 2nd language is an advantage but not essential.
