The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our Editing Team.

The position will be full time and based at our Colchester Studios. You will be responsible for the editing of videos and creation of motion graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Editing high-quality video and stills in our studios and on location.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Art Team, Studio Crew and Editors.
  • Working independently and as part of a team.
  • Meeting specific briefs and strict deadlines.

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of editing techniques and styles
  • Ability to complete a full post-production process
  • An understanding of advertising and branding conventions
  • In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)

Languages would be an advantage.

DIGITAL ASSISTANT

iSite are a fully integrated e-Commerce agency serving the worlds biggest brands and retailers.
We are looking for a Digital Assistant to join our Digital Services team.

You will help the team perform the day-to-day tasks that support our managed services. You will be supporting the Services Leads in helping deliver our client success, by providing an excellent service, ranging from on-boarding new clients to supporting and growing our existing client base both in the UK and internationally.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of customer communication and content uploads / or product set ups
  • Cross reference assets for online posting / or products to be set up
  • Managing online channels / communicating changes and updates
  • Ad hoc reporting, deconstructing data and pulling together one-off analysis.
  • Provide weekly, quarterly account updates, perform YOY analysis

The Candidate:

  • Fluency in an extra second language is an advantage but not essential
  • Data entry and data management
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and well organised
  • Ability to communicate effectively and co-ordinate with internal departments
  • Systematic and logical – must be capable of careful record keeping
  • Ability to take direction but use own initiative when required
  • Strong Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent IT Skills. Must be familiar with full Microsoft packages.

CAMERA OPERATOR

iSite is the UK’s largest digital media agency specialising in the creation, hosting and distribution of video content and images for some of the biggest brands in the world.

We are expanding and are looking for a confident and motivated Camera Operator to join our established Camera Department.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Camera, you will be shooting video content in both studio and location environments; using varied camera, lighting and grip equipment. You will work closely with Directors to plan and execute shots, light sets and locations and create dynamic, interesting assets.

Coming from a creative filmmaking background, you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines and demanding schedules are your day-to-day and you thrive on a challenge.

Skills:

· A thorough knowledge of camera operation, both technical and practical.

· Proficient with multiple forms of HD/4K/8K camera systems; RED/Sony/Canon/Arri.

· Experience with lighting and electrical equipment.

· Proven experience in working with grip equipment; Jibs, Cranes, Dollies, Gimbals.

· Previous experience within a similar film crew role is preferred.

· Well organised with an excellent attention to detail.

· Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to communicate effectively and co-ordinate with other departments.

· Adaptable to new projects and guidelines.

· Practical knowledge of sound recording.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Necessary

Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The role: We are expanding our creative team, looking for a Graphic Designer/Concept Artist to join our talented Art Department, immersing you in all of the design aspects of our projects. Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with our Directors and Producers, you’ll follow an initial brief, understand the needs of our clients and be responsible for creating the supporting artwork throughout the pre-production process and beyond.
Your work will involve:
  • Creative concepts
  • Storyboarding
  • Set design and dressing
  • Costume styling
  • Striking sets after shoots and keeping the props area organised (along with the rest of the team).
You must have strong creative problem solving skills, the ability to produce quality artistic concepts at speed, an eye for detail, a thorough understanding of the creative process and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative ideas are essential as well as excellent time management to meet client deadlines. Salary Negotiable/dependant on experience

The successful candidate should be highly experienced with the creative process of media production and be a confident art director. Working closely with our Directors and Producers, you’ll follow an initial brief, understand the needs of our clients and be responsible for seeing projects through to the final edit.
Your work will involve:
  • Creative concepts and solutions to client briefs
  • Storyboarding
  • Set design and dressing
  • Costume styling

You must have proven experience in a similar role and strong creative problem solving skills.
