The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our CG and Animation team as a 3D Artist.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating photorealistic environments to be used in projects.

  • Modelling and texturing products from reference

  • Producing high quality and dynamic CG videos.

  • Assisting other team members on challenging large-scale projects.

  • Rendering catalogue quality CG images.

Skills:

  • The ability to work in a team as well as independently.

  • Have experience with 3Ds Max and V-Ray (or similar variants Maya or Cinema4D).

  • Are well versed in various modelling techniques.

  • Able to animate cameras and products in your 3D scenes.

  • Good pipeline organisation with asset and map creation.

CAMERA ASSISTANT

We are looking for a confident and motivated Camera Assistant to join our established Camera Department and help it expand both technically and creatively.

 

The role:

Working very closely with the Directors and Production departments, you’ll be shooting video content in both studio and location environments, using varied camera, lighting and grip equipment.

You’ll be eager to support the Camera Dept, help Directors achieve their creative goals and help every shoot you’re on be a success.

Coming from a creative filmmaking background, you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and the desire to grow and improve with those around you is key.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of camera operation, both technical and practical.
  • Proficient in the setup and use of multiple forms of HD/4K/8K camera systems; RED/Sony/Canon etc.

  • Experience as a Camera Assistant, supporting an Operator or Cinematographer.
  • Proven experience in working with grip equipment; Jibs, Cranes, Dollies, Track, Gimbals.
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, motivated and with the desire to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and co-ordinate with other departments.
  • Good understanding of creative trends within film, tv and the global social media landscape.
  • Adaptable to new projects and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of sound recording.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Minimum of 1 year industry experience.

No formal qualifications required, but proven skills, motivation and experience must be evidenced.

PRODUCER

The Role:

 

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Producer to join our Production department based at our studios in Colchester.

 

Being part of the Production department puts you right in the centre of all our exciting projects. Reporting to the Head of Production, you’ll manage live action and animation projects from briefing to deliverables to syndication. You’ll schedule, coordinate, and work closely with our in-house Creative and Commercial teams to develop the project on brief to client deadlines and expectations.

 

The role involves scheduling and project management of multiple fast paced projects. You will need strong communication and client liaison skills, you must be agile, and able to manage live projects, in live time. The role will include both behind the scenes organisation as well as on set responsibilities.

 

Skills:

 

– Proven experience as a Producer / Project Manager

– Solid experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

– Strong client liaison skills

– Great attention to detail

– Ability to work under pressure

– Ability to problem solve and offer solutions

– You will need to hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle

– Languages would be an advantage
