The Nordic-based Samsung online retail team was encountering challenges in ensuring that retailer brand pages remained consistently up-to-date, so we developed analytics tools that put all the important information in one place.

Samsung Electronics Nordics AB (SENA) worked with the iSite technology team to create a Samsung branded solution to showcase the latest Samsung products online. By creating a centralised bespoke CMS based platform the local SENA teams can manage multiple retailer brand pages, in multiple languages, allowing full control of assets and products featured during key flagship launches. Enhancements such as help me choose tools, expert reviews and AR/VR have been added to enhance the online retail experience. These solutions help potential Samsung customers choose the right device to suit their needs and purchase online from an approved Samsung retail partner. The solution was also SEO optimised to drive organic search traffic to the brand pages and drive traffic to the retailer's website.
